Several "selections" of Middle Eastern music played simultaneously; That type of music is so off-key (by Western standards) that it would unbalance the mind of any Westerner the terrorist has tied down to a chair to force that Westerner to listen to all that noise repititiously until he ultimately breaks down. The dark art of torture is a very integral and major part of all terrorists' training.
