What is the world coming too *sigh*
That's an absolute travesty of justice. When exactly did youth become punishable. I noticed just the other day when I went to buy a pair of shorts for basketball and the clerk made me leave my backpack at the counter so I wouldn't walk off with anything. I was disgusted and feel greatly for this poor kid.
Totally ridiculous. It reminds me of the kid (5-year old, maybe..?) who was expelled from school for giving a classmate a little kiss. They accused him of sexual harassment.
the policwe here have got ttheir priorities completely wrong. theres a parl next to my school that I have to walk home through and there used to be a big problem with gangs of kids waiting there jacking kids as they walked home, sometimes at knifepoint. They were there every day for a week and the police didnt show up until the following monday, when they had stopped coming anyway. so anyway, me and my freinds were in that park one lunchtime when we kicked the foorball into a bush, so we went in to look for it, and a few minutes later a police car shows up and started asking us why we were in the bush and told us not to do it again as we could damage it etc. so If a squad car can show up in a matter of minutes when some kids go into a bush to retreive a football, THEN WHERE THE FUCK WERE THEY WHEN PEOPLE WERE GETTING THEIR PHONES STOLEN AT KNIFEPOINT???
sorry about all the typos in that, I was typing fast
WOW that catually reminds me of the time me and my friends decided to go to our local park during our breaktime from classes ( not against the rules ), we were bored and we ended up climbing trees. The next thing we know we are being chased down the street by police who caught us, and accused us of damaging trees! Apparently a local had complained, what an old bastard eh?
The police have either got too much time on their hands or are too cowardly to sort out some real crimes. This is just one example out of many. I think the most unbelievable example to date is the one where a woman was arrested in the north of England for eating an apple whilst driving. She was actually persued by a helicopter aswell as a fleet of squad cars in order to obtain evidence for dangerous driving and cost the taxpayer thousands in court procedures.
Yeah, it cost the police force an estimated £10,000!! jesus christ
