No. Even if I wore a burqua, my eye color would probably give me away.

YES, like a hispanic.
I could look like a hispanic, or an indian, or white when im not in the sun, which is not often because I live in the tropics.
I can barely pass for my own ethnicity. Depending on the person judging and my facial hair I've had people think I was:
White, Japanese, Filipino
East Asian/White
all sorts of Hispanics
East Asian/ all sorts of Hispanics

White Hispanic/ Native American (on the money)
I can pass myself off as other kinds of Asian, like Japanese, and I can wear the burqua and look Muslim.
Czech-German, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian.
I can't but my 2 kids are Eurasian and would be a challenge even among anthropologists like Coon.
