You may remember Roosevelt making that speech during his inauguration, or at least you’ve heard it. He gave the speech to help rally support in overcoming the Great Depression. Now America is in a War On Terror, isn’t this important advise for today more than ever? Why didn't Bush quote that line during HIS inauguration?
His administration requires more fear for support than any other terrorist organization around today
He doesn't have the best language skills.
