Absolutely. The goal of Chimp & Co. is to eliminate as much freedom in the US as they possibly can. The Patriot Act is just the beginning.

The Patriot act doesn't take away freedoms, you can still do anything as you could before. You're rights, however, are violated but you'll still have the same freedom of speech, media, expression, etc...
