I like to think that it is because Real Conservatives occasionally remember to place standards/ principles over partisanship and extremism.
And real Moderates are tired of retching in corners, after listening to her hate-filled diatribes.
I don't know if you guys have seen her without make-up on, but she looks extremely atrocious without it.
I'd never read anything out of the woman until a friend passed me a download of a report she made at the Democratic National Convention in '04. After reading it, my first thought was, "What DRUG is she doing?"

Aya: alright, I highly doubt that she has bulemia. And you didn't answer my question: does weight/physical appearance only matter if the person is a conservative, or can it be used against anyone?
And the reason she can't keep a job is that she is highly controversial. If she said the equivalent things from an extreme leftwing stance, instead of 'we should kill all muslims' 'we should kill all white males', and she was fired she'd simply claim censorship. The ACLU and jesse jackson would rush to her aid and the station firing her would have to rehire her and set up sensitivity training for all it's memebers.
As is the ACLU doesn't seem to give a damn about censorship of extreme righwing ideology.
As right-wing fanatic David Horowitz correctly pointed--upoon hiring her after she was fired from National Review Online, there is a difference between censorship, which is a function of government, and being fired for behaving like a horse's ass.
Also, how could it be censorship when a radical right-wing publication fires a radical right-wing writer?
And here's a comment from one of those extremist liberals on the ACLU:
"In an interview with Time magazine, Rush Limbaugh declares himself a longtime fan of the ACLU after they filed an amicus brief on his behalf in his prescription drug case: 'In a situation like this, I think it's safe to say I welcome its support, and I don't find it hypocritical at all, because I am not anti-ACLU. If the ACLU wants to go after, say, nativity scenes or this sort of thing, I may take issue, but there are other areas where I've supported things it has done.'"
I'd like to see you people try and say these things to her FACE! Good luck!
Since when did this ballot become about the ACLU? Anyone who doesn't like the ACLU should really review their patriotism -- there is no other organization that serves as such a powerful Constitutional watchdog.
As for Ann Coulter, maybe it's because she's a proven liar who's simply out to destroy liberals at all costs. She's worthless and insane.
Hey people leave the ACLU alone. Anyone who is against the constitution which is one of the things that makes America great is a un American neocon who is trying to bring America down. As for the neocon Ann she’s a hateful women, maybe she should try talk radio she would fit right in with the other neocon presenters.

Oh and last I checked, on all sorts of ballots on this site, yes, Michael Moore's weight is fair game. Ergo, so is Ann Coulter's. Nice try with that argument, herz.

That being said, she is truly spiteful, it's one of the reasons I quit watching Rush more than 10 years ago, but she takes it to another level.
Ann Coulter thrives on publicity of any kind. The best thing any sentient intelligent person can do is to simply ignore The Borg Queen.
