The NAACP is the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People. The KKK is the Ku Klux Klan. I, as well as many millions of Americans believe that these two controvesial organizations bear a major responsibility for racial tensions in the United States.
They are both bigoted and biased in their views, and the KKK also has a very racist agenda. Disbanding these two race-related organizations might solve a lot of the racial problems in the Nation today (but definitely not every single one of them). What do you think. Should they or shouldn't they both be disbanded?

big difference there, I don't think NAACP ever hanged anyone, or even advocated violence. KKK is a domestic terrorist organization, and comparing the two just doesn't work.

Maybe the NAACP has gone all wrong (I don't know, but from what you guys say it's a bloodbath) but at least it was started with a good intention, I mean who can really argue with people who's ancestors were slaves wanting to fight for all their rights? Okay well I'm sure some of you would argue with that but what I'm saying is the KKK has been a hate group from it's start, some uptight pigs who wish everyone would act like it's 100 years ago?

Constitutionwise, neither should be disbanded but if you wanna ban two racist groups, you better get rid of the Black Panthers along with the KKK.

Firstly, the two aren't analogous.

Secondly, people should be able to join any organization they want.
