This definitely is the result of conservative stereotyping. Liberalism is a way of thought not a lifestyle or train of thought (i.e. liberals blame America first).
Some certainly do.
Have you ever thought for one second that America is the blame for some ugly history? Some (NOT all) of you Conservatives refuse to admit when you have f*ck up and is quick to create laws that allows for over crowding in the prison system when others f*ck up (and yes, in some cases innocent people are imprisoned and some are sentenced to long term prison sentence for committing a lesser offense than some Conservatives), It is ok for some Conservatives to throw rocks and hand their hands and as soon as someone call themn out in the open, that person is accused of being Anti American, go figure...

I think people also have a tendency to think of left wing fascists as liberals, but in actuality they are only similar in the sense that they probably both support similar issues. A good example of this is a local Co-op where my friend works. They cater largely to vegetarians, hippies and other counter cultural segments of society. In there parking lot there is a designated parking space for expectant mothers at first I thought this was progressive, courteous and thoughtful, but then I noticed that there were no handicap parking spaces. Not only is that against code but also it is outright rude to be that thoughtless. I can稚 possible imagine what person would not have noticed that they didn稚 have handicap spaces after they came up with the idea to put the spot for expectant mothers. Right now a woman pretending to be in the early trimesters of pregnancy can get a better parking space than a child in a wheel chair. There are also tattoo shops in the phone book that boast an all female staff, believe me if a tattoo shop opened next door that advertised not hiring women the women at the aforementioned shop would be the first to form the picket lines.
In short there are many left wing people that have a neoconservative attitude (i.e. bigoted and only looking out for their own), but because they belong to minority groups or are helping in third rail issues they get by with only a few uproars here and there. I think liberalism is a much better state of mind and much healthier in the long run.
Just the stupid pointless wars conservatives always start.
