he almost got arrested today. He claimed he was at a hospital when the trial started. When threatened with arrest, he showed up. Now I have had back injury, and I know how that feels, and what range of movement I can have. You saw him arriving at court. Did it look like he had a back injury?

No, he didn't look like he had a back injury that required emergency room care.
I too have hurt my back--severely. I was not sent to the emergency room. It wasn't deemed necessary.
I think he has a simple case of "his goose is cooked".

I am not so sure he molested this kod, but he is deifinitly guilty of bein an idiot.

1) late for court several times

2) wore pj's to court

3) wore the wrong nose into work

4) Knows he is being investigated for molestation and continues to have sleepovers with children

I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. I've got a bad back, and I've had days of moving like that. Doesn't mean that I've changed my mind, because he is as guilty as original sin.
