Would those be the days before women got the vote, had no property rights and a husband could legally beat his wife, just as long asthe cane was no thicker than his thumb.
^i thought it could be no longer than his thumb
Erm, that wouldnt make sense, having a cane around 5 inches lol
Of course i not advocating those thigns you mention steel, im simply saying that women dont act like ladies anymore, they just try to act like men, They drink too much, burp and fart and get into drunken fights. And men are becoming increasingly disrespectful to women in reciprocation of this, rather than being gentlemen and treating them with respect. Its a vicious cirle.
I liked the days when men wore jeans and t-shirts and not dresses with fake boobies, and high heel shoes and then goes on jerry springer and his dingdong his hanging out of his dress.
I'm still shocked over the five inches thing..
Chivalry may not be dead ,but we sure have beat it like a redheaded stepchild.
reminds me of a little Britain sketch haha
5 inches from tip to second joint? You could beat someone to death with that.
Being a gentleman, IMO, has nothing to do with one's judgment of how a woman acts. A gentleman will act like a gentleman because of who he is ... not because of how a woman acts. To do otherwise confirms he is no true genleman.
Those were the days. Now it's all PIMPS and HOS.
I long for the good old days, 100 years ago, when men were like Oscar Wilde and women, like Willa Cather.
I must have missed them but I'm always a lady *shrug*
HA!
thats understandable syneil :)
