I think if China makes a move (and I think it will) it will be within the next two years while the US is still grappling with Iraq. If China did make a move, you have to believe that will kick Japan into gear and they don't believe in "defense-mode" the would be on the offensive as soon as they thought they were built up enough (that may not be true anymore though, what do I know?)
Doubtful. The US naval and air presence in the region is undiminished, and if the chinese felt like invading taiwan that's who they'd have to go through. Along with the taiwanese defense force which isn't all that bad plus anything the japanese decide to throw in (they really fear an imperialistic china, more so than we do). If china could invade taiwan they would have, end of story. They aren't holding off for a more equitable or more peaceful solution, they want that little country. They just can't have it at the moment.
Yes, but if they do the econonmic poblems that would result currently would have a huge negative inpact on them, give them another 10 years and that will change.

In most recent two hundred years, China was/has been the victim of Western imperialim. Duckhead, you are like most Westerners, you project your own aggressive imperialist idea on China.
China is now only interested in building itself up to be able to defend itself and provides Chinese people a better life. I guess the New World Order elite really hates to see this is happening to China?
The true "axis of evil" today are Israel and its two puppet states - Britain and United States, they have all the intention to expand their Zionist Empire to every corner of the earth!
