I could make a fair case for Texas being in regression since about ten minutes after the Republic was formed. But I'm just a longtime Texas basher on general principles. Mind you, I've met a lot of fine people from the state.
I think it's just a bill at the moment, hasn't passed.
Texas is an American version of a Third World country.
Texas has progressed the most, though not on this particular issue. cranky Is that why their economy is stronger than most 1st world European nations?
Just go in Spain to see how much progress they made in terms of freedom and democracy. In fact Spain is so advanced on that path, that most of its youth population barely finishes high-school and the highest form of expressing your opinions and principles is to pierce your nipples.
