Mmmmm... Hardly anything better than a well marinated, rare/medium-rare steak. So juicy and flavorful that it's a sin to use steak sauce on it. ;)
Put your steak in one of those gallon sized storage bags, pour a bunch of whistoshire and soy sauce on them, half a can of regular coke, chopped garlic and pepper and let it sit overnight or all day. Ohhh la la!!! Your lips will thank you!!
Sounds good! And sweet onions. I always use alot of those and bell peppers sliced. Toss em on the grill right along with the steak. Fantastic! Oh God, now Im wanting to go attack one of my neighbors' cows!
Oh and you can marinate a portabello mushroom with the steak and cook it on the grill as well!
Mmm Forgot about the mushrooms. I stick em on skewers with the onion and pepper sometimes. Stick some shrimp if you got em in between. Mmm I can feel that bloody juice running down the sides of my mouth right now.
Ever since my recent surgery my preference has changed from medium-well to medium-rare.

marinated is good but sometimes a good ribeye brushed with garlic butter then charcoal grilled...oh my! med. rare of course.
