That said, herzog is a HELL of a debater.
KAG: so far I've only ranked cranky down for putting up stupid comments in the voting sections of my ballots. Like 'This ballot is a hate crime' on one of my latest ballots. If it were a legitimate debate I wouldn't rank him down, as is he's just trying to screw up my ballots, which is a stated reason for bad karma.
But so far I don't think I've marked down any of his comments.
I don't always agree with Herzog, but for the most part, he sticks to his opinions and is pretty fair. Even though he and I clashed once, he's not petty or vindictive and is a good debator (though his views make me nuts sometimes :)
And, I've actually learned new knowledge from Herzog's ballots and some of his comments and he has gotten me to think, so how can that be bad, as that is the point of debates.
You weren't suspended for opposing BBC, you were suspended because you were acting like a lifeless moron who had nothing better to do than create aliases in order to rate down others you didn't like so you could feel like you have more authority than LCD. That's why you got suspended.
Other than that, I hope herzog doesn't get kicked out. He's one of the few Republicans on this site who doesn't resort to name calling.

And Hers, I suppose you gave RawIron negative karma for the nasty ballot choice he put on one of your AIDS ballots about me, which would fit the definition of trying to screw up somebody's ballot.
And what screws up someone's ballot is purely a matter of opinion. You want to put up your between-the-lines racist ballots, and not have anyone point out that the truth, or be a smart-ass. Just because you put on a veneer of respectability for show, doesn't mean everyone will be fooled.
Depends on how he instantiates his opposition.
If he dioes so with attempts at verbal argumenst and refutations, as he has been, then No ... he won't.
If he tries other, destructive routes to gain his means, then Yes ... he would be.
Personally, from what I know of him, I predict the former.
