I think I had breast milk on many occasions when I was very young. I can't remember back that far though, so couldn't really comment on taste (I do believe it was very fresh though as it's my understanding that it came directly from the source right into my mouth).

When I was a kid, yes, because I was breast-fed. I still suck breasts, but not for any milk.

When my sister had her first baby I tried some of hers which she kept in a bottle. Very fatty/creamy.... and sweet.
...and I wasn't a baby, I was 19. But hey, Milk is Milk afterall. We drink milk from a dirty fat cow, what's so hoffifying about drinking milk from a clean human.

I did once, sort of by accident (she was a new mom, I was a little over-amorous- you get the picture). Can't comment on the taste, though. I have almost no sense of taste. Sweet and sour pretty much covers me.
I have to say, I can't believe those who breast feed kids until they're 8, that's sick!
