I assume this is perfectly legal. My dirtbike broke down, so I have to use my go-cart to get to work. I work at night, so the fact that it has 1 dim light on it concerns me a little. It also rides very low to the ground and has a maximum speed of 20 miles per hour. Think I will be ok?

Someone should ask the Chinese, when they first started driving, they would drive down teh wrong way, let their kids walk on the freeway, and not use headlights at night so in order not to blind bikers.

I heard that in China, their traffic lights are two colours, red (go) and yellow (stop). It goes a long way in explaining their reputation as amazingly skilled drivers.
