quite frankly, any anime is a bit over the top for me. it seems much like porn! lookit sailor moon, and that ain't even teh hard core porn stuff you'd find in japan

I think you're referring to hentai, which is pornographic anime. There is a difference. Galaxy Angel is nowhere close to hentai (although I don't see any woman I know wearing the dress that Ranpha wears out in public.)
My DVD can be switched from Japanese to English audio, and vice versa. Sometimes it's fun to watch it in the original Japanese (although Forte's Japanese voice sounds kinda constipated...)
Oh, come on! Ranpha's a bitch! (or at least, she can be...)
