COMMENTS:
I used to wear high heels too, but can't any more. 1" makes me tall enough - five foot eight. Not worth the back pain to be taller.

Are there different kinds of shoe? I just wear shoes.
But I usually wear flip-flops. This is Florida after all.
Bought my first pair of Rockports in 1992, and made the change every two years, like clockwork. Never a minute of trouble with them.
