its NOT a myth, but it is rare, and i guess some women are destined never to acieve it. The female orgasm after all has not been found to have any evolutionary or reproductive usefulness, so its a bit of a mystery.
Women are taught to EXPECT an orgasm nowadays, even though it is difficult to achieve, which is unfair because many women are going to be dissapointed with sex for their entire lives as a result

Some women can never have an orgasm by penetration itself, the majority need clitoral stimulation to cum, and thats fine. But women who can have orgasms solely through penetration can have FAR more intense orgams than women who cum through clitoral stimulation, and if youve never had a full blown penetrative orgasm you wouldnt know im afraid, you have no idea what youre missing out on ... OMG. My orgasms are explosive and searing. Sometimes, they seem like they are in muilticolor flames, convulsing down there. I think the real myth is "multiple orgasms" for women. Multiple orgasms are simply many unfinished ones, in my opinion. After one of mine, I can't even walk for a good two or three minutes or so. And THEN there is aboput 30 seconds of "aftershocks" down there that are intensely "sweet".
My experience with orgasms is fairly standard among womnen who have orgasms.
