On the verge of collapse? I sense more than a touch of Wishful Thinking.
I don't think they're about to collapse, they just didn't make the next step the bureaucrats were hoping for.
I think that too thc, even if they just continued along as they are doing now, they are far from collasping
Good poll. Now mabey some people will realise how rediculous it is to us Americans when Europeans sit around talking about the US being "on the verge of collapse".
It's just a set back, sorry to disappoint. They'll have to draw back and regroup, form a new strategy. It'll come about, in some form.

It hardly seems that the EU is on the verge of collapse, but I will play along.
They will fall back into their old rivalries and pretty soon Germany will look hungry for some of France's territory, after all it is righfully theres (they will argue). Some British girlie man will say "Okay Germany you may eat France, but that is it!!" Very emphatically. Then Germany will be wanting a little midnight snack and look at the East. the Germans will say "comere my little Russian princess, you know I always loved you and I promise I won't hit you know more, now get on your knees!!!"
Then Britain will say "oh gosh darn it Germany we told you only to eat France, now you will spoil your appetite"
Then the Americans will come in and say "Be quiet all of you, don't make me stop this car. I will stop and we will turn around and then you'll all be sorry!!"
Then the world will be set right again.

the voting this week has been for a specific constitution, the countries that voted no do not want this specific 1 but that doesnt mean that it wont happen in the next vote.its what called a democracy, you should try it, not that fake type you yanks have to have.
the EU is still as strong as it has ever been, the vote meant nothing, but you already knew that didnt you seen as you you have such knowledge of the EU.
Well brit4ever we won't really know what the British want since they will not even vote on this now.
