HAS ANYONE BEEN IN A SITUATION LIKE THIS?

This idea popped into my head while I was thinking of Laurence Fishburne. Then I remembered that he was married. So I'm wondering, let's say, for example, that your finance, or fiancee has a brother or sister the same age as your own sibling. They absolutely hate each other and fight all the time. Has this ever happened to you in real life?

Still fighting...I try not to get involved unless they get totally crazy.

Not that exact thing - but I have to admit, one of my sister's husbands and I didn't get along and we fought like cats & dogs. He would say ridiculous things with great authority, and I couldn't keep my mouth shut and let him get away with it. Now I would've just walked out of the room and poured myself a drink.
