COMMENTS:
Well, I see that you've got some pretty good advertisements and offers going, so good for you! This site is pretty successful. If this is how you enjoy your time, then this is what you should be doing. It's not like any of us have room to talk. :)
Although, if it is eating up too much of your time, you could consider getting some help. An aspiring website builder would probably help you just for the experience.
LCD, you need a good lay, man. But then, so do I...
I agree with mags
If you have a gift for art, music, creative writing, etc., don't let it lie fallow. If you flex those muscles, it will enhance your other endeavors.

Hopefully you want an honest comment. This isn't the first time you brought this up. However, soon afterwards you add new features which inevitably cause bugs and make more work for you. Also, you add an entirely new site which is obviously a lot of work. If you need a break, why not stabilize the two sites and take one instead of working on a new version of B&W? I know that you have great talent and great ideas. I sense that both of these sites will become highly profitable in time. Bringing in some young intern who wants some experience on a big site would be a good idea. Probably some kind of profit sharing might work. I know you have some ideas like that for LO. Your hard work is greatly appreciated. I hope that you understand that we all recognize that.
Good point, FF.

It's all a matter of degree, my friend. On one hand, we love it. On the other hand, it isn't right if you bear the overall "cost."
I'm in pretty much the same position as you are job-wise, and I fill my downtime with writing. From time to time, the monotony of the two extremes tend to block me creatively, and I'm left scrambling around wasting time trying to get the mojo back (NOT YOUR mojo, Mr mojo!). You've got to push away from the beast, find a third outlet. Try internet poker. A few games of no-limit hold 'em will do you right.
