Of course not, if she is over 18... she is legal. :) Women hit on me to a lot, only like 2 that were 18-19. mostley I am a hit with the 21+ crowd..
And neither should you OR Mrs ABC. Unless she looked like Saddam Hussein, that is.

How the hell could you be offended when a gorgeous, *legal*, young woman expresses physical interest in you? It may be a shallow opinion of mine, but I'm extremely jealous.....(she was hot though, right?)
Offended? Hell no. I strongly encourage that stuff!
