Well you can say I’m smarter than 58,390,139 people.
He's apparently as smart as Kerry we found out yesterday ;-)
Well ceejjj lets look at the facts: 1. Cheerleaders give BJ's for grades. 2. Bush was a cheerleader at Yale Who was that Arab gentleman he was holding hands with?
People say, how can I help on this war against terror? How can I fight evil? You can do so by mentoring a child; by going into a shut-in's house and say I love you. Washington, D.C., Sept. 19, 2002
In a way, yes, actually.
The truth is that, for all his shortcomings, GWB has to rank as one of the craftiest politicians of all times. And whatever his theoretical I.Q. (the stuff measured by tests), his functional I.Q. (what you do with your theoretical I.Q.)is up there among the highest of all time. Whatever you think of the man, GWB has achieved an amazing climb to power. What is that Cathexis says on his page: "We were always told that anyone could be President. Who knew it was a warning." Exactly.
I agree Griffon, it's a marvel for the ages how a total waster--who is still a total waster--managed to become so rich and powerful.
You sound like an expert on giving blow jobs for grades elvis ;)
Its not who you are, its who you know. Works in every aspect of our society. Hell, my senior year of highschool I batted over .450 in baseball and never dropped below .370 during the season, yet i had to share my left field spot with a junior who had TWO hits all season because his dad was on the board of education and rich as hell, not to mention buddy buddy with my piece of shit coach. Half the guys in the major leagues wouldnt be there today if they didnt know someone who knew someone. That being said, I seriously doubt Bush would have made it anywhere if not for his father. I would say Bush has average intelligence. 130 IQ isn't too bad. (even though i scored that when I was completely wasted). I'd like to see you people get up in front of the whole world and not screw up a speech. And you have to remember he does know a hell of a lot more confidential information that is never released to the public which surely has a large impact on his decision making that everyone is so quick to criticize.
I'd have to go with no.
Bush's real IO is in the upper 90's. RawIron, that wasn't an IQ test, that was an SAT test.
Depending on how you define genius. If his goal is to be remembered throughtout history then he is a genius. If his goal is to keep the US fiscally solvent then he is not a genius. But with all the criticism and hatred displayed towards him, and still getting reelected? Yep, more ingenuous than Kerry at any rate.
An SAT score of 1206 is nowhere near good enough for a president of the United States. When you say top 16th percentile, you're including students from crappy inner-city schools too. I scored a 1462 on my SAT's; does that make me a good candidate for queen of the Universe, then? (Oh, wait... I already am.)
I think Bush is wealthy because his family is wealthy. I think Bush is powerful because his family is powerful. I think Bush is president because he is surrounded by a lot of crafty, cunning smart people who needed a token figurehead who can read speeches and bring a folksy easy-going feel to the presidency. I don't think Bush is a genius.
You know what.I think so.He appeared to be kinda slow. But maybe hi is not.I really hate to think that ...Never mind
