COMMENTS:
Every state that has started to issue concealed gun permits has had crime rates drop in large numbers...this info is from the University of Illinois, not the NRA. It works and more states are begining to do it.

Unarmed citizens make good victims.

I think it probably causes more danger to the public than good. IMO
by larrynelmira on Sun Jun 19, 05 6:49pm [+]

Why would anyone WANT to carry a gun around? Unless of course its to protect your freedom. muhahahahaha. If someones got a gun and they really want to kill you... they will. having guns just makes the killers more careful....

I dont know many people with guns but i know they would never consider needing it to walk down the street
by xxxxxxxx on Sun Jun 19, 05 6:57pm [+]

Yes. I don't really believe it's necessary but you should be allowed to carry them in public.

Great question. In theory no, they should not. I think overall, it adds to the problem and there are way too many guns in this country anyway. I'm conflicted on this one, but lead towards no.

If you were a robber and you had to chose between two houses, one owner owns a gun and the other doesn't, what would you pick to rob?
by Republican_RightWing on Sun Jun 19, 05 7:28pm [+]

You`d know that how RR?
by xxxxxxxx on Sun Jun 19, 05 8:29pm [+]

^Knowing they MAY have a gun would make you less eager to robb the place, agree?
by CletuSlackedJawYokel on Sun Jun 19, 05 8:46pm [+]

If I were a criminal and thought there was a chance the householder was armed, I would make sure , I was armed, so as to protect myself from said householder.

And so the proliferation continues...

^And if you lived in a country that steps on it's citizens rights by banning gun ownership then you could rest assured that your illegally obtained gun would not be matched by any weapon in your victim's house.

^and if you lived in a country that steps on its citizens rights by allowing criminals to have guns, then you can rest assured that your legaly obtained gun would not be matched by any weapon in your victims house.

What do you do for an encore thc? eat the same shit you talk? People who rob houses in this country dont carry guns you idiot. You must think all the criminals here carry guns just because you nutters do. personnaly im glad you have guns. you do a damn fine job of self genocide. Getting guns in this country for home use is easy. but using them is just as criminal as the person who burgles your house. if you think possessions are worth murdering someone for thc then your a bigger fool than i took you for, and thats really going some.
by xxxxxxxx on Mon Jun 20, 05 6:19pm [+]

^You deserve to have your possessions stolen and your life ended. I would give up my belongings to save the life of an innocent but I'd HAPPILY kill someone who was trying to rob me. It's a favor to the species when someone like that is removed from the breeding group. Those people are not worthy to breed, like yourself. Now quit maundering and write something coherent.

Think about this, does a criminal care if he/she is "allowed" to carry?
by biovmrbestworst on Sat Apr 15, 06 9:04pm [+]

i think everyone should carry one nobody would mess with anybody
guns dont kill,
people kill people

Words of wisdom, thc...words of wisdom. Unfortunately, getting Brits to understand that firearm violence is generally committed by 'illegal' weapons in areas with tight gun 'laws' is like getting blood out of a stone.rolleyes
