Yes. There have been a lot of errors on the list. Maybe this would encourage accountability.

Democrat Edward Kennedy was put on that list. It took several weeks before he was taken off and Tom Ridge personally apologize to him for that "mistake".

Only if it was unjustified and only if you followed all the steps to get your name removed. If your name belongs on there, then no, you should not be able to.
