Any country can produce good weed. The technology is widely available for everybody to use. It's like asking who makes the best Coca-Cola ;-)
You're wrong in one respect, Apple. The 90% thing. Maybe where you live, but in the South I would guess its the exact opposite.
Yea, that was just meant as an average. Obviously, in areas of low population density where the climate favors marijuana cultivation, more people plant outside than people in the opposite situation.
i live in kentucky and have been to amsterdam and it's just as good here--tho there is lots more variety there and of course lots easier to find and buy.
