I've tried to leave for good twice. The first time was in April 2004 when I had a karma stalker who kept rating me down from knight all the way to newborn in 2 days for no reason. I figured that I had to leave since I was soon going to be unable to do anything with a Village Idiot karma rating, plus I felt unwanted all of a sudden. It was before we had karma reports, so I never found out who it was. I came back after it stopped happening. The second was in February 2005 when AtomicArachnid kept stalking me so much that he made it impossible for me to ignore him. I came back after he became suspended. There were a few other times when I took short breaks from the site when I felt that it was getting unpleasant.
I have a few times. The first was when smooth_talk's aka celui's aliases kept rating me down to very low ratings. It kind of got annoying but I didn't leave. The second was when AtomicArachnid (another one of celuis aliases) kept harassing me constantly. Then for most of March and April I wasn't on because this site got a bit boring. Now I'm here again and I think I'll probably be gone again in not too long. I don't use this site as much as I use to.
I have few times, but it's addicting , I even asked lcd to suspend me . I think it is good idea to take breaks though.
Yup, I was ready to leave about a year ago (shortly after I was on regulalry) when the election vitriol seemed so toxic. Mojo coaxed me back (smooth-talkin' deviltress) and I can't say I regret it.
I decided not to let the toxic people keep me from an enjoyable site. After a while, you learn who is worth interacting with and who should be ignored.

No. There are assholes everywhere. Leaving B&W would simply mean that you have to deal with an entirely different set of assholes.
Besides there are more interesting and civil people on here then there are assholes.

Nope. No reason to. No one bothers me. A good laugh once in a while is worth stopping by the site. Plus I want to have sex with multiple female users.
