COMMENTS:
Never been to Nebraska. Lived in or visited every state on the Eastern Seaboard, though, and the state where I once witnessed a driver pulling in excess of 100 mph down a freeway while reading a newspaper HAS to win hands down.
New Mexico--and it's not even close. A bit less than 2 million people in an area of about 121,000 sq. mi. and they manage to crash into each other like taxi driver day at the demolition derby.
