It was a kid show from the mid 70s-early 80s. It first started showing in Detroit, but eventually was on the air nationwide.

I kind of remember it, but don't remember a whole lot of details.

It had a green puppet named Seymour that hung out with this dude named Larry who played the piano. Some of the other characters were the Caz, Professor Emotion (of Name That Feeling), Detective Tomato, Harry Unreasonable, Mr. Pollution, and others.
