My roomate and I share an apartment here in Detroit.I was high on acid and had a bad nightmare in which a burglar busted in our place and was robbing all our stuff. I woke up at 3AM, thinking it was still real, and noticed a shadowy figure in the living room. I loaded up my 12-gauge shotgun and fired 16 shots at him. When I turned the lights on I noticed it was my roomate who appeared to have just gotten some lemonade from the fridge. Its now 3:09AM and there are a bunch of people outside pointing at the apartment and I hear sirens in the distance. NOW WHAT?

You're roomate was actually robbing you, dude, it was self-defense

Almost EXACTLY the same thing happened to me in college, dude, except that it was an RA I popped a round into. (The Student Court let me off on it, because everyone in the dorm HATED the guy.) My mistake was in sticking around. Grab a bag and tell the person you like least in the building that you're going to East St Louis, to hook up with your homies, then go to Amish country. It'll be the lAST thing they expect.

lol -- A former girlfriend of mine told me once that she had a dream that I was gonna kill her or something and she was so scared when she woke up that she got down from her lofted bed to make sure I wasn't lurking under there waiting to kill her (meanwhile, I was in my dorm across campus sound asleep).

Lets see if I got this right. You were sound asleep. Had a nigtmare, woke up hearing a noise, shot your roommate. booted up your computer, and came to BestandWorst.com to get advice about what to do next. Now your going to wait around a while til ppl start posting comments on here, wait to see which comment gets the most votes and act accordingly.
