I think there was someone who said that that biggest KKK base is in Pennsylvania or something like that. I looked that up but no results. I'm open for a source. Either way, PA might have the biggest KKK base, but the fact remains the masses of KKK and white supremacists are found in the southern part of the US (ex:Texas, Alabama, Tenenesse, etc...).

I don't agree with that at all. Almost every state in the US has active white supremacist groups. Some of the states with the largest numbers are definitely not in the south.

I've run into supremacists in Oregon, and met Whites here in Georgia who saw nothing odd about me other than my lack of weight. The concept of race hatred comes from a lack of vision and a lack of common sense. I've personally run into enough ignorant people of my race to understand why white supremacists would view themselves as superior, and I can introduce them to enough upstanding, intelligent people of color to convince them of the error of their ways.

The easiest way to settle this, versus ballot# 78017, is to see who's been arrested for "hate crimes" or prosecuted under similar statutes and in what states for the past ten or twenty years. You could do a similar statistical breakdown for terrorist actions, and I already know the results for the latter, if not the former!

The KKK isn't what it used to be but the biggest klan membership ever was in Indiana...that was in the 30s and 40s tho.
