That is tougher than it initially appears. I'd be inclined to say Yes, but remember that I have people dependant on me. I don't mind risk, but seek to shield loved ones from it.

Part of my civic duty is to uphold and defend the Consitution, and all of its attendant laws. So what if some nutjob wants me dead for testifying against him? Let him try.
