Because "white males" are the most opressed of all.Over 84% of the medical students are white males,Almost all high ranking government officials are white males,the most of the Army generals are white males,U.S presidents have been always white males even though it's so obvious that there are a lot of minorities out there who are more qualified than current president.But that's not enough for them I guess.

I think many tend to have become egocentric and self-absorbed. They are blind to their own position of privilege and perceive everyone as starting off on an equal footing; therefore, any attempts to help anyone other than them perceived as inequitable threats and injustices.
