Whenever I see Clintoon I think of the pardons he sold.
I think of his selling missile tech to China.
I think of him putting Jimmy "the leftist useful idiot" in charge of keeping N. Korea nuke weapon free (that worked out really good)
I think about how he was accused of violent rape by Juanita Broderick but the morons like the one above dismissed it outright

When I see Clintoon I think of him sending Sandy Burgular into the National Archives to detroy documents that implicated him in the WTC attacks.

I think of his illegal NATO war against Serbia.
I think of his committing more troops around the world more often than ever since WWII.
I think of his constant interference in internal conflicts (Haiti, Somalia)

While I turn 24 in a couple hours, I still consider myself to be fairly young -- depends on where ya draw the line of "young," though most people would at least concede that I was young in 1998 when the Lewinsky thing went down (no pun intended). That said, I'm not sure that Clinton's actions caused any increase in oral sex amongst us. Also, as a young person, I see nothing wrong with young people like me getting more oral sex ;-)

I know that the UK is more open about that stuff, and when I was in Europe both Spain and France had softcore porn on tv late at night

let's look at violence on tv
in the 90's the depiction of violence, in addition to the broadcast of the Gulf War both significantly increased the amount of violence that children and young adults were exposed to.
Now, also during the 90's
violence fell, and is continuing to fall in all categories in the US.
So even if tv were playing porn (which it ain't) it would probably not have much of an effect.
