"Unattractive" is pretty hard to define.
It may be fair to say that most people who believe themselves "unattractive" are less likely to seek higher level employment. Not fool proof, of course. But a general rule, I'd think.
Ideally, self esteem should be rooted inside oneself and not controlled by others. Ideally.
What is unattractive to one person may be sex on legs to another.

Unfortunately, whichever jobs are lowest paying, because only good-looking people are hired for high-paying positions.
A good-looking guy just told me today that he may end up begging after college, so I guess begging isn't only for unattractive people. So far, though, I haven't seen an attractive janitor except in the movies.
The ones I've met would reverse the flow of time.
Telemarketers I suppose..would make sense, haha.
