Money primarily, and physical strength. They say they want an intelligent, sensitive guy, but that doesn't seem to hold up to the evidence. A semi-retarded football player will get more tail than than the sensitive poetic type guy. And of course rich men don't seem to have any trouble getting laid (hef).
So yeah, either be really strong or really rich, ideally both like a prosports star.

Based on real-life observation: They want a violent, verbally abusive, drug-addicted, tall, musclebound jerk with a nice car, lots of money, and power over others.
Intellect speaks a different tune than instinct. A woman says she wants a sensitive, educated gentleman (even effeminine as with some gay men), but instinctally, (or body chemistry) draws them to the rough, macho, barbarian because they sense feelings of protection, security and strong brood in reproduction. Their intellect is in opposition with their biology. *Derived some by opinion, some is scientific evidence and some personal observation and experience.
