Timing is the key, certain times of day some really heavy ballots where people might have to think, go by without much notice, but during that same time of day , ballots about someones ass will get a lot of attention

That happened with a lot of the older ones because "back in the day" they had to have at least 20 votes to make it to the "RECENT BALLOTS" List.
I've come across some great ballots that have not received much participation either. I think sometimes people on here only gravitate to controversial, political oriented ballots, so some great ones don't get the attention they deserve in votes or comments.
