No. They should be roundly condemned, but kicking them out of the UN merely removes opportunities for diplomatic engagement, risking exacerbating the problem.

Why is this? Do you agree wit their stance? Do you think it's a good thing that a state that has vowed genocide be allowed to develop nukes, and then be put promoted to the UN human rights commission? Really, what is your motivation here?
I think something needs be done , it's hard to believe anyone would say such things in such a public way. I wonder if the guy is crazy or if he really thinks other nations will support getting rid of Israel ?

Dialogue is not a gurantee, but it does open opportunities. Lack of dialogue seriously limits opportunities.
If you kick them out, it shows that the West means buisness.

What if this dialogue is backed by absolutely no threat of violence or any sort of retribution?
Imagine you are raising a child, and whenever he does something wrong you say please don't do that. If you keep misbehaving absolutely nothing will happen to you. How well would this work?

I don't know why WNC would start yelling "Yehawwwww" maybe it's because of Europes failure negotiating/appeasement with them over their nuclear program. Stand by, we'll show how to negotiate with them! Appeasement = scared!
It always amazes me that people will vote for an option like number 3. I wonder how many times they connected and disconnected their dial-up modem to get a new ip address.
Also, I believe it was Shimon Peres who made the call for Iran to be removed from the UN. No other country to my knowledge has called for the complete destruction of another country since the founding of the UN.
As Israel was a country brought into being BY THE UNITED NATIONS, this issue is even more pertinent. Iran has succeeded in making themselves a jackass or PIG to the rest of the world. Countries that have been somewhat cool to Israel recently (ie, in Europe) are now coming to Israel's defense are likely to aid them in their ability to defend themselves.
For Israel, this is like getting a great big birthday present or a blank check where you can fill in the amount. It is going to be hard for people to blame them when they attack. Who wouldn't be justified in attacking a country that has called for their destruction?
Of course, there will be many apolegists for Iran (and many on here).
I think Iran has made a perfect case for removal from the UN and a green light for others to decapitate the leadership there. Thoroughly justified, too. Of course it is going to see the same knee jerk defenses.
It also doesn't do wonders for improving the image of muslims to many in the world who already view them with suspicion. That is unfortunate.
The reality is that nothing has changed from before he said. Everyone with half a brain already knew this. You would think Iran would not be so stupid as to make Israel and the US look like the good guys. But... it is Iran. And, unfortunately, much of the leadership in the mid-east is backwards, corrupt and stupid.

I'd love to have seen the left's and The Iranian clerics' hysterical response if Ariel Sharon had made a speech at a conference in Tel Aviv entitled "Ending Revolutionary Fundamentalist Islam in Our Time" during which he called for lobbing an Israeli missile straight up Ahmadinejad's grimy ass. Yet, now, Ahmadinejad says, "Oh, you infidels are taking this FAR too seriously."

Unlike psycho Ahmadinejad, you'll note I do NOT call for "bombing Iran back into the Stone Age." That would be cruelly unfair to the millions there who would love to be rid of the hard liners. What exactly is there to be scared of? They are an inept and irrelevant country now, as they will remain so for the foreseeable future. They are as much a threat as the pork chop i've just eaten.
