He did not break any law. Just because you think he did does not make it so.

Go read your history. He didn't break any law, he did however fall into a poliltical trap set by Jimmy Carter, he is the one that set up the FISA court, not to oversee presidential actions either but to take care of them without the President needing to give authority to every act. However, when the court sleeps on the job the President, who is the one that grants them the authority, has every right to take it back and act on his own to carry out what was delegated.

It was wiretapping people receiving phone calls FROM OUTSIDE the U.S.(like from terrorists), NOT FROM INSIDE THE U.S. Therefore it was not domestic wiretapping.
