Roy Moore -- the nutjob who insisted that the statue of the Ten Commandments stay inside the Alabama Supreme Court building and willfully violating separation of church and state -- is running for Governor. Look, I'm Christian, and I try to follow the Ten Commandments. However, a place of law (like the Supreme Court building of any state) is not the place to endorse religion. The law has to reflect religious neutrality, and Roy Moore -- the fucking CHIEF JUSTICE of Alabama's Supreme Court -- should have been the first to recognize this. Instead, he willfully and deliberately violated that -- in essence, he was using his position in government to endorse religion and force it onto people. This amounts to an inherent disdain for other faiths, which in and of itself is a violation of the basic tenets on which America was founded. So my question is: What will the world have come to if a douche-bag like Roy Moore actually gets elected Governor of Alabama? It'll show a lot of ignorance and intolerance.
