Attempts are being made in the U.S to create "safe lists" of flyers deemed to be at no risk, such as frequent fliers, members of law enforcement, wealthy business executives, contributors to the Republican Party, etc.

These individuals would not have to be searched at airports and would simply be waved past security and into the boarding area.

Give that Dubai Ports and its operations has been declared utterly risk free by the Bush Administration, if such a safe list was created should their executives and employees automatically be on it?
