The offers of tax breaks and other incentives to draw companies in end up hurting many of the states in the long run as the companies fail to fulfill their promises, and the battles to get companies to build within the different states cause problems between the states themselves. Should the federal government get involved and pass laws limiting the special incentives that a company can receive just for building in one state over another?

Yes, the government should intervene
No, the federal government would be taking power from the states
