No, she should not. But It is incumbent upon the woman to be "cleaned out" by a doctor immediately after the rape to avoid having to abort a more developed fetus, should she even become pregnant. She should not be forced to remain pregant and give birth. That's just more rape. Your question was only about being forced to do this.
