More than one, less than a small country's worth
Six, which seems to be more than average, but then I am 36.
Two of them were only once, three more only about five times. Only one regular partner (for 18 months - my ex-wife). Most people half my age have had far more sex. Still, it's only 4 and a half years since my last shag so that's not too bad.

I'm Male, and 40 now. I am single, never married, and no children. No permanent STD's either. I'm very lucky, only crabs twice and body lice once. By the time I was 23, I had been with 39 partners. I and my best friend, in a contest, counted them one night. Some of them I couldn't even remember their name. only their face and the place we had sex. Now, I have no Idea the number. However, I have abstained from sex for 3 years now. I feel that with each partner you leave a little of yourself until nothing is left it give,and All is used up. Now when I meet someone it is very hard to become sexually interested, and attracted to them. I get more pleasure out of being with my friends and sharing a fun conversation, than having sex and becoming a slave to hopping in bed. Thanks for your time Sam, Dallas, Texas USA
