I'm very liberal, but I can't stand political correctness. I'm sensitive to other races and ethnicities, but there's a difference between this and strict PC action. I'll admit it: I find racial and ethnic humor to be funny. I'm not bigoted in saying it, but if it's funny it's funny. It bothers me, though, when people refuse to find something funny just based on the fact that the joke focuses on a certain group of people. It's like people worry that they're going to come off as bigoted and want to restrict others out of fear of bigotry. Look, I've heard (and told) bigoted jokes my whole life, and anyone who knows me knows that I don't have a bigoted bone in my body. Are the PC types who don't find this type of humor funny just as intolerant as those who are truly bigots? Yes they are. They're even more intolerant. No they're not.
