What will the American military service member do with this wounded enemy combatant, keeping in mind that the enemy combatant poses no threat to US or Iraqi military or Iraqi civilians?

provide the same expert care as if it were one a wounded US service member
put a bandage on but nothing else
call the local Iraqi emergency services, so they can handle it
let him lay there and bleed, he deserves it.
shoot the wounded enemy combatant in the head, finish him off

It is usually expected for them to take care of a wounded enemy who does not pose a threats. This happen usually only after a battle and when it safe to do so. In those cases the soldiers try to keep them alive and call for a medic. You treat them fairly as POW, hopefully get some information out of them, then probably hand them over to the MP or the local Iraq security forces.

Western military are people raised with certain beliefs and ideas. For most part, unneccessary death is a waste.. once the fight is done and you are in control, you save who you can.. our side, the opposing side, civilians. As a former medic in the armed forces, this is what we are taught.
