A single bat can eat 100 mosquitoes an hour and they help kill all kinds of bugs that threaten gardens and our food crops. Few of them (0.5%) carry rabies and None of them want to bite or bother with humans, the only “vampire bats” live in Mexico & South America and they only bother livestock. Still most of us have learned to fear them, because they’re nocturnal and they aren’t cute like kittens. Yes, I’m afraid of them no matter what you say I’m not afraid, I just don’t want to touch one NO, ‘cause I’m Batty Not even balls! Not at all, I once DID touch one. I love them.
