It just became a bad habit, soon I would need one after different occasions, one for every occasion, and now I just gotta quit.
The last thing I'd like to do is light up, but my cravings are too strong, I was smoking since I was 12, that's almost ten years. I'm not even at mid-life yet.
Quit smoking to the smokers!

I used to smoke 60 - 70 per day. I suddenly realised how stupid it was. I also now realise how foul it smells and how much money I wasted.
What really amazed me is, it was so easy to stop (I used patches). I haven't had one for 7 years.
