Those with higher IQ's
deserve more votes! Intelligence should be rewarded! The common man shall have but 1 vote, that is enough.
Those with the highest IQ's must have a million votes apiece at least, to obtain an actually desirable office holder or government. The best need to 'elect' the best for the rest of us..
